A FROST TONIGHT. Fair Weather Sunday With Rising Temperature. The forecast of the weather bureau for Raleigh and vicinity says: Fair, with frost tonight; Sunday fair, slowly rising temperature. The barometer is lowest off the New England coast and cloudy weather still prevails in the northeast section. The area of high barometer is central over the lower Mississippi valley. Clear, cold weather prevails throughout the central valley and over all the South ern States. Heavy to killing frosts were reported this morning from Pal estine, Texas, east to Jacksonville, Fla., and north to- Wilmington.
